Kathy was born in the South part of France and is currently living in Hong Kong. She has been involved in metabolism training, Muay Thai, Pilates and water sports for many years. Kathy had the opportunity to be trained by world-class Thai champions in Thai Boxing. After a career working in international management in Shanghai and Hong Kong, she decided to become a professional personal trainer. Since then, her passion for health and wellness pushed her to increase her knowledge in anatomy, sports, nutrition, and immune pathologies. Her decision to become a trainer after working professionally in management enables her to have a mature vision of training and body awareness, offering her clients a holistic experience. Kathy believes that sport is not only for fitness, but also an enjoyable lifestyle. Even couch potatoes will have fun training Kathy’s way. She combines a variety of sports and skills to work muscles in different ways and to avoid a mundane routine. Kathy’s main goal in personal training is to rehabilitate people in the way they live by providing healthy nutrition advice, and incorporating tailor-made sports training programs based on individual client assessments and goals.
